Contact:- To reserve MJDM for your event, complete the booking request form or call our office at 973 - 782- 3366  to schedule requested dates for your event. Dates will be confirmed according to availability at time of request. Reservation of scheduled dates will not be confirmed until all requirements have been met and confirmed minimum two weeks prior to scheduled dates. Honorarium:- Please call to discuss. Flight:-  Flight reservation and ticketing must be completed in advance of scheduled booking dates.  In most cases, all ticketing should be completed with departure out of Newark airport in New Jersey to your destination.   Flight departure window: early morning – mid morning (7am – 10am).  Airline preferences: Continental.   In the event that Continental is not available then Delta, American, or Jet Blue will suffice. Seating preference: Window and middle seat together close to front or middle of aircraft.  Baggage: 1 checked bag each .  Please contact the office administrator to complete ticket purchase.  Her Assistant (Min. Hilary Hurbs) accompanies the Evangelist wherever she travels. Hotel:- Suitable accommodations at a hotel in close proximity to your facility must be reserved and payment arrangements made in advance with the hotel. Room should be reserved for each night of booking date. Room must be checked in prior to arrival and driver must have room keys ready to be handed to guest speaker upon airport pickup.    Where necessary, late checkout must be requested in advance. A credit card should be on file to accommodate for meals for booking duration.  Hotel preferences (3 stars and above) preferably with breakfast buffet if available: Sheraton, Marriott properties, Hilton properties, Crowne plaza, Holiday Inn, etc.  Room Type:  Non-smoking, with two double beds, on higher floor with a view.  Please reserve a refrigerator and microwave in the room for any stay two nights or more.  Transportation:-  Transportation to and from the airport and your facility must be provided for the Evangelist and her armor- bearer for duration of the event. Meal/Snacks:- Jamaican cuisine for lunch or dinner (oxtails, curry goat, curry shrimp, fish, cowfoot, stew peas, etc) is always welcome.  A light fare is always preferable after preaching.  Options: are:  Lipton tea with milk & sugar, juices, rum & raisin ice-cream, pastries, salted peanuts, fresh fruit salad, and sandwich platter.
